Our Story
About Nautilus Homes
Established 1980
A Lifelong Florida Builder
Nautilus Homes was founded in 1980 with a single commitment: to build homes of exceptional quality that stand the test of time. For over four decades, that commitment has never wavered.
Since 1991, we have been building custom homes throughout the greater Orlando area, earning a reputation among homeowners, architects, and the building community for craftsmanship, integrity, and results.
Our work speaks for itself — in the homes we've built, the relationships we've maintained, and the clients who return to us when it's time to build again.
